One of the standout features of El Valle is the efficient service. As customer Ted Diaz Jr. noted, "the food moves fast here," which means you won't be waiting long to indulge in their delightful offerings. Brittany Holland shared her experience of ordering boneless chicken with white rice and a side of arroz con gandules, and appreciated the transparency about wait times. It's this commitment to customer service that earns El Valle a loyal following.
As for the dishes, customers rave about the “on-point” food, just as Nakia Foster-Marquis described after a long drive that was made worthwhile by filling her belly with great flavors. However, some feedback suggests there may be room for improvement in portion sizes and the presentation of certain items, like the chicken chunks. Crystal’s review highlights expectations surrounding the beans, indicating a desire for authenticity in presentation.

“ The food is always on point. I had sit in traffic almost an hour after leaving but it was worth it, my belly was full with some good food. ”
“ I have come here once to dine in & I wasn’t really a fan of the food or the service. So I decided to recently to order for delivery. The service on the phone was good and the food came fresh. What I didn’t like was small the chicken chunks were and how they were mostly bone & not enough chicken. I also expect my beans to come in it’s original shape and they did not! Tasted alright but I actually like to eat the bean and not eat pieces of a bean. Other than that I would definitely try another dish but def for deliver or pickup. ”
“ B very clean floors and great environment. The food moves fast here and theirs plenty of seats ”
“ I decided to stop by this location for some food. The restaurant is very clean. The staff were very professional and friendly. As soon as I walked in the door, they were ready to take my order. I ordered boneless chicken with white rice and a side of arroz con gandules. The lady assisting me informed me right away it would be about 15 minutes, I appreciated her honesty. There are 3 televisions inside the restaurants for your entertainment while waiting for your food or while dining in. There is outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. The restaurant accepts both cash and card however if you pay with card tax will be added. There is also an ATM located inside the restaurant if you need it. The restaurant also has a special on pasta on Wednesdays 1/2 off. The food was so delicious, I can’t wait to go back for more. They also offer various dessert options including Junior’s Famous Cheesecake. I didn’t get to taste any of the dessert options but maybe next time. You can order your food ahead and pick up or order through food delivery apps. The only takeaway from the restaurant was they were allowing customers to come in order and wait for their food without a mask on. ”
“ I’ve been to El Valle several times and each has been a pleasure! The gentleman who helped me spoke English and was very polite & helpful!! I’ll bring my business back! This is for their location on 139th Street & Lenox Ave (Harlem). ”
